As the first day of testimony wrapped up in former President Donald Trump’s criminal trial, new polling showed that a majority of New Yorkers consider the prosecution warranted. Police are asking for tips after a 76-year-old man was beaten to death on a popular biking trail in the region. Emergency crews in Albany County were called shortly before 4 p.m. Thursday, April 18, for an injured walker who was unconscious on the Mohawk Hudson Bike Trail in Menands.
