Really? Sounds a tad exaggerated. I would think a lengthy (life?) prison sentence would come closest, which wouldn't be the case in a divorce proceeding.

Never knew the man since I am not from NYC. But isn't is unusual that a former sports player with significant talent should pass away with congestive heart failure at 48. Surely he had to be conscious of physical conditioning.
