Monroe Police received a report in November that the van had been broken into at a Main Street business and the tools were stolen. Norwalk Sex Offender Pleads Guilty To Assaulting 2-Year-Old NORWALK, Conn. — A 32-year-old registered sex offender from Norwalk pleaded guilty this week to assaulting a 2-year-old girl and severely injuring her, according to the Hour. Pedro Salinas had been arrested in July 2016 after police said he assaulted the 2-year-old who was living with family at his home, causing her severe injury, according to police. The girl was taken to the hospital for severe injuries, and Salinas was charged with first-degree assault, cruelty to persons and risk of injury to a minor.
