Westport P.A.L Rink Accepting Registration For Ice Skating

WESTPORT, Conn. -- The Westport Parks and Recreation Department is accepting registration for ice skating instruction for all ages at the Westport P.A.L. Rink at Longshore.

The program is a 10-week session from Dec. 1 through Feb. 27. Instruction will be provided on various days and times, including weekends. Classes range from beginner to advanced, and include adult instruction. All instruction follows the U.S. Figure Skating Association’s Learn to Skate program.

Cost for the session is $175. For non-Westport residents, there is an additional $20 fee per child and $40 fee per adult.

The newly expanded Westport P.A.L Rink at Longshore will be opening Thanksgiving weekend, weather permitting. The Westport P.A.L. Rink is an outdoor facility within Longshore Club Park Recreational Facilities. Children and adults are both welcome and group rates and private party arrangements are available.
