Westport Schools Take Art Show to Library

You don't have to travel far to see one-of-a-kind artwork, such as a lithograph of one of Andy Warhol's famous soup cans. Instead, head over to the Westport Public Library to see some of the newest additions to the Westport Schools Permanent Art Collection.

An exhibit called "Made You Look! Recent Gifts to the Westport Schools Permanent Art Collection" will be on display in the library's Great Hall until June 30.

The Westport Schools Permanent Art Collection, now in its 45th year, is curated by a committee of volunteers made up of PTA members from each school and the community. This committee works together in collecting, studying, cataloging and displaying the artwork throughout Westport's schools and public buildings.

For more information on the exhibit, visit the library's website.
