WESTPORT, CONN. -- Three building projects at Westport's Staples High School and Coleytown Elementary School are slated for summer after being approved unanimously by Westport Public Schools board members this week, according to the Westport News.
The largest project is a $1.2 million upgrade to the swimming pool, pool lockers and gym lockers at Staples High School, reported the Westport News. The other two smaller projects include new sinks and cabinets in Coleytown classrooms, along with a new roof, the Westport News said.
All of the projects are expected to be completed by late August, which is the start of the new school year, the Westport News reported.
