Westport Plans Play Dates For Long Lots Kindergartners

WESTPORT, Conn. – The Long Lots School PTA has planned four play dates in August for incoming kindergarten students to meet and play together before the school year starts.

The play dates are set for:

4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5;
9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9;
4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15; and
9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20.

They will take place, weather permitting, on the school’s playground. Kindergarten students and their siblings may attend.

The PTA logowear committee will be selling Long Lots Spirit Wear during the play dates. Those who wish to volunteer for recess and lunch duty during the first month of school may also sign up during these events.
