Easton/Redding Region 9 Schools On 90-Minute Delay Due To Frigid Temps

EASTON/REDDING, Conn. -- The Region 9 School District in Easton and Redding will have a 90-minute delayed opening Thursday, Jan. 8, due to freezing temperatures in the single digits, with wind chills dipping below zero.
