Westport Police Trim Hours At Records Room Window

WESTPORT, Conn. – As of Monday, the window hours for the records room at the Westport Police Department will be slightly reduced.

The new hours are 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

However, records room officials will still be available by telephone from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

“The change in window hours is necessary in order for records staff to complete required police-only functions with as little impact on our customers as possible,” Westport police officials said in a press release.

Many motor vehicle accident reports and most railroad parking permits can be ordered online at the Westport Police Department website.
