David Roth, 48, of Canal Street, assaulted a man in front of his children over a disagreement with his girlfriend at a Rices Lane residence, police said.
He was charged with third-degree assault, two counts of risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct, police said. He posted $2,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Norwalk Superior Court on July 11.
