WESTPORT, Conn. — A 47-year-old Florida man is facing burglary and forgery charges in Westport stemming from a burglary that happened a year ago, police said.
Antron Fogler is accused of breaking into a business at 8 Wright St. on May 8, 2012, and stealing and forging two business checks, police said. Fogler was picked up Saturday at the Glastonbury Police Department, where he was held on the Westport warrant.
Fogler was charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree forgery, both felonies. He was also charged with sixth-degree larceny, a misdemeanor.
He was held on $20,000 bond and was arraigned at Norwalk Superior Court on Monday.
