Barbara Grant, 39, of Katona Drive, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass at Mobil On The Run on Black Rock Turnpike around 5:30 p.m., police said.

Grant has been warned not to return to the store on three other occasions and was charged with simple trespass on Sept. 28, police said.

She told officers she didn’t remember the previous warnings.

Grant was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 10.
