Westport detectives in January received a complaint from the company—which was not named—about an internal theft, Capt. Vincent Penna said in a statement. Detectives investigated with help from the Connecticut Financial Crimes Task Force and identified Dominique Phraviaxy and Xayonh Phaosoung as the suspects, Penna said.

Warrants for Phraviaxy and Phaosoung—who live at the same address— were received, and both were arrested early Monday, Penna said.

Phraviaxy, 39, was charged with first-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny; third-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny; eight counts of third-degree forgery; credit card theft; 290 counts of illegal use of a credit card; and 290 counts of conspiracy to commit illegal use of a credit card. She was held on $75,000 bond and is due at Norwalk Superior Court on April 3.

Phaosoung, 38, was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and 288 counts of conspiracy to commit illegal use of a credit card. He was held on $50,000 bond and is also due in court April 3.
