Bridgeport Police: Suspected Heroin Dealer Concealed Drugs In His Rectum

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — Bridgeport police busted a man Tuesday after they found folds of heroin protruding from his rectum during a strip search, according to the Connecticut Post.

After a drug deal was spotted during a police surveillance near Huntington Road, officers pulled over the buyer and the seller separately, the Connecticut Post said. 

The buyer had 13 folds of heroin, the Connecticut Post said. During a strip search of the seller, identified as Bruce Nelson, officers found 20 folds of heroin protruding from his rectum, which Nelson grabbed and attempted to swallow, the Post said.

Nelson, 34, was charged with sale of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and interfering with police and held on $150,000 bond, the Post said.
