Fallen Tree Knocks Out Power in Weston

WESTON, Conn. -- A downed tree has left about 170 Weston residents without power. The tree fell between 9 and 9:30 p.m. during Tuesday night's storm and brought down three or four utility poles, police said. There is no power north of the intersection of Godfrey Road and Route 53, where police have blocked the road from thru traffic.

Power is expected to be restored by 6 p.m. Wednesday.
