The puppies are staying temporarily in the home of a WASA volunteer.
Iggy and Remy, volunteers said, are loving and affectionate and get along well with people and other dogs. The pups spend a lot of time eating and sleeping, but they also enjoy chasing tennis balls and exploring, along with riding in cars, WASA volunteers said.
Both dogs are spayed and their shots and examinations are up to date. They can be adopted individually but not as a pair. For more information about Iggy and Remy, email to wasa1@optonnline.net or call 203-557-0361.
Adoption papers and more information may be found online at www.westportwasa.org.Click on “Adopt” to complete the application. Adoptions cost $150 and include a certificate for a free one-hour training session with WASA’s own dog trainer, Susie Valentine Collins of Sitting Pretty.
