If you're looking for a fun outdoor activity to do with the kids before they head back to school Wednesday, look no farther than Westport's Riverwalk.
All kinds of colorful creatures can be found at the Riverwalk, which is set between the library and the Saugatuck River. Watch the geese, feed the ducks, listen to the birds sing or watch for beautiful swans swimming down the river. No matter what you do, your little ones likely will enjoy seeing, and hearing, all the different animals.
And with the forecast calling for sunny skies and highs of 90 on Monday and Tuesday, it's a great time to spend an afternoon near the river.
