WESTPORT, Conn. -- A Yorkie mix found in Winslow Park in Westport on Monday is currently being held at Westport Animal Control.
The female tan and grey Yorkie mix was brought to the Connecticut Humane Society after being found in the park. The Westport Animal Control officer brought her to the Westport shelter so she could be safe and sound. She has been nicknamed "Missy."
The dog is described as a very happy and energetic girl who loves to play. The staff at the shelter says she is very smart, social and loves people. She is housebroken.
