The third annual Spring Flower Sale is set for noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, May 4 and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, May 5, at the Westport Woman's Club at 44 Imperial Ave. in Westport. The sale will emphasize containers for the patio, the deck and accents in the garden.
"We have a beautiful selection of flowering annuals, richly scented herbs and unusual greenery, spectacular hanging baskets and tropical plants," representatives said. "Our experts will be on hand to answer all your gardening questions and help you design the perfect container for that special place in your garden. Bring a photo of your containers and the measurements. We have suggestions for every situation."
Proceeds from the sale will support the philanthropic programs of the Westport Woman’s Club including community grants, the scholarship program, the Food Closet and community service.
