CT Man Charged With Murder After Stabbing Wife In Neck, Police Say A Connecticut man has been charged with murder for allegedly stabbing his wife in the neck with a knife during a domestic dispute. New Haven County resident Allen Bell, age 35, of Waterbury, was arrested in Waterbury on Friday, April 19. According to Lt. Ryan Bessette of the Waterbury Police, officers responded to a home on East Main Street around 5 a.m. on a report of a domestic dispute.
