On May 5, police were called and followed up with Victoria Lieber, 43, at her Cranbury Road home. Officers said she smelled of an alcoholic beverage and failed field sobriety tests.
It was also determined that Lieber threatened the child while driving in the car, according to police.
She turned herself in on June 9 and was charged with risk of injury to a child, police said.
She was held on $1,000 and was scheduled to appear in court on June 10, police said.
