Durri Fishkind, 54, was charged after police were called to a home on Post Road East, and were told that Fishkind was arguing with neighbors about nearby parking, along with banging on windows with a stick, according to police reports.
When officers tried to speak with her, she became uncooperative and began yelling and swearing at them, including some racial comments, police said.
Fishkind was taken into custody on breach of peace charges and then spit in the face of an officer, earning interfering with an officer charges as a result, according to police.
She will answer to charges on June 7 in Norwalk Superior Court.
