Westport resident Nicole Anastasia, 30, turned herself into investigators at the Westport Police Department at approximately 6 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 12. She had been wanted on three outstanding arrest warrants for various offense warrants.

She last found herself in trouble with the law in March, when she was arrested by police on Hales Court.

Anastasia was taken into custody and charged with one count of first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear. She was processed and is being held in lieu of $30,000 bond.

She is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer the charges, which stem from a Stop & Shop shoplifting incident five years ago.
