Adam Faillace was arrested at the 323 Restaurant Bar on Monday, June 6, according to a statement from police.

Officers had responded to the restaurant two days earlier after owners of the business, who police said were involved in a dispute with Faillace, reported that he would not leave the property, according to police.

Faillace is accused of returning on June 6 and again refusing to leave, claiming that he "had a right to be there," according to police.

The 37-year-old was taken into custody and later charged with first-degree criminal trespass. Bond was set at $1,000.

He was to appear in court on Tuesday, June 7.
