The Milford Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying the woman pictured in connection with an alleged identity theft case.

In September, the police department began an investigation into the case after the woman pictured allegedly used a stolen identity to open credit card accounts at multiple stores in the Meriden, Trumbull, and Stamford malls, said Officer Joseph Dempsey.
