- Jose N. Rubio, 32, of Mount Kisco. Aggravated Leandra’s Law DWI. He was traveling on Route 202 in the town of Somers when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol with a child in the vehicle.
