WESTPORT, Conn., -- Westport and the region is experiencing its second major snowfall in two weeks that has carpeted the area with inches of snow.
Puppy Hugo gets his first jaunt in the snow on Friday. He is the new puppy of the co-founder/co-owner of JoyRide Cycling Studio, Rhodie Lorenz of Westport.
