The “Tuskegee Experiment,” referring to the Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male, was pulled by 323 Main in Westport following an outcry on social media to the racial tone of the name.

The drink contains "Myers dark rum, Malibu, pineapple juice, fresh lime, pineapple & jalapeño mash, dash Tabasco," according to a photo that was posted on Facebook. No connection to the actual Tuskegee Experiment is clear. The item was removed from the menu over the weekend.
