WESTPORT, Conn. --  There's a popular catch-phrase: “Know your farmers, know your food." And there's nowhere better to get up close and personal with your local purveyors than with a farmers market.

Hours of Operation: Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Vendors You’ll Find: Expect to see from 29 to 31 vendors per week. Some of them include Sport Hill Farm, Tapas Box, The Stand Juice Company, King's Kitchen, Fort Hill Farm, SoNo Baking Co., and Beltane Farm.

Of Special Note: Tables and chairs are set underneath a tent so shoppers can enjoy and dine on their finds in the shade.
