Last weekend, nearly 2 million boxes of Girl Scout Cookies were delivered to sites across Connecticut.

Along with the usual favorites of Thin Mints, Tagalongs and Samoas, buyers will fine a new flavor — the S'mores cookie is making its debut this year.

The S'mores cookie was introduced to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Girl Scout cookie sales.

Inspired by the fireside favorite, the S’mores includes a crunchy graham sandwich cookie with creamy chocolate and marshmallowy filling.

This S’mores-inspired cookie contains no artificial flavors or colors, no high fructose corn syrup, and no hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils.

Girl Scout Cookies may be ordered from the Girl Scout in your neighborhood or at one of the many cookie sale booths running in Fairfield County.

Most of the cookies will be delivered by Girl Scouts to customers who placed their orders in January. The rest will be sold at cookie booths statewide until April 2.

To find a booth in your area, visit girlscoutcookies.org and put in your ZIP code to get a list of dates and nearby locations.

If you're not a cookie fan, you can support Girl Scouts of Connecticut and members of the military by donating a box through the  Cookies for Heroes.
