The Darien Youth Center is hosting the ScentsAbility Project on May 24, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Depot.

In the after school activity, middle-schoolers can paint and decorate clay aromatherapy medallions that will be donated, along with therapeutic essential oils, to kids and families in need of comfort or hope around the world.

Students will also be able to keep one for themselves.

The concession stand will be offering a special for snacks: grilled cheese with fries and a drink for $5, with other drinks and candy for $1.
