Franco Fellah, executive vice president at HK Group, finalized the sale. Fellah represented the buyer, 1300 Pre Trust LLC, while Tommy Febbraio and Vince Byrne of Coldwell Banker Commercial in Fairfield, represented the seller, 1300 Post Road Associates L.P.
The price was $4.11 million.
The property includes two office and retail buildings with a total of 10,954 square feet of space. The buildings are on a 1.09-cre lot zoned GBD, or General Business District.
Although the buyer has not disclosed what he intends to do with the property, this transaction confirms the strength of the Westport commercial property market and the interest of developers and investors throughout the region to invest in Westport real estate, HK Group said in a statement.
Lawyer Stephan Grozinger of Weston represented the seller. Lawyer Neil Marcus of Cohen & Wolf in Danbury represented the buyer.
