As a former member of the Commission, I believe she would be a good addition. The FRC does deal with cases where a tenant can feel a rent increase is unjust, but it deals with much more than that. If you have unsafe conditions, issues with utilities or appliances (i.e. working heat in winter), unfair eviction, discrimination, and many other issues. The Commissioners (many of which I once served with) work hard for the people of Norwalk, many of which have no where else to turn but the FRC. View Comment

Man, Tim is such a broken record. It's funny though, anytime I see an article that shows a picture of a NPD officer, or is going to mention it and I see comments, I know he is in here. I give him credit though, he wants changes in the NPD. And he knows the best way to do it....critize it on anonymously through this side. Bravo,sir.. Bravo. I wish Marc the best of luck. When I lived in Norwalk, I received a job offer out of state, and had 3 weeks from when I got the original phone call to my start date. I at the time served as a Commissioner, and it was tough to resign from something I loved doing so much. But sometimes, you have to do what is right for you and your family. View Comment
