WESTPORT, Conn. – Edythe May Cawthra Hindle, a 50-year resident of Westport, died April 12. She was 93. 

Born Nov. 7, 1918, in Bridgeport to the late William and Florie Cawthra, Hindle attended schools in Stratford. She graduated as valedictorian and best musician of her high school class in 1936. She was also a member of Cenex Cum Laude Honor Society, president of ...
