Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Sophia Bennett was killed in the two-car crash on Friday, March 22, at the intersection of Hurffville Road and Deptford Center Road just after 8 p.m., according to police and school officials. DWI Driver Crashes Into Fence At Vineland City Hall A 71-year-old man from Vineland was charged with driving while intoxicated after crashing into a fence at Vineland City Hall, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 10:40 a.m. on Monday, March 25 at 640 E. Wood St. Robert Romano was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving, Vineland police said. Police did not say whether Romano was injured in the crash. Romano was processed on the summonses pending his court hearing at the Vineland Municipal Court.
