Weston 6th-Grade Girls Fall in Playoff Semifinals

WESTON, Conn. – The Weston sixth-grade girls basketball team saw its season end Sunday in the semifinals of the Fairfield County Basketball League with a tough 27-23 loss to Danbury.

Weston advanced to the semifinals of the B Division tournament with a 22-20 victory against Darien in the semifinals.

Members of the Weston team included Gracie Toner, Nicole Herman, Samantha Phillips, Kathleen Murphy, Eliza Kleban, Audrey Brennan, Claire DiMarco, Claire Kennedy, Claire Magee, Alli Dyment and Lizzy Mitchell.
