Feldmans Serve Up Tennis Camp

Aspiring young tennis players have two more weeks to get high-quality instruction and have some fun at the Sue Feldman Tennis Camp at the Easton Community Center. The weeklong session–taught by Sue and her son Charles–are open to kids ages 5 to 15 and cost $280 for members and $300 for nonmembers.

More advanced tennis players can take lessons with Charles, who plays for the Quinnipiac tennis team. The advanced class costs $100 for the week. The camp's goal is to increase tennis skill, have fun, and instill a love of tennis in young players. Groups are divided by age and skill level. The camp takes place in the center's indoor air-conditioned court.

Feldman, an Easton resident, was a standout player on the University of Florida tennis team in her college years. She also won a silver medal at the 1993 Maccabiah Games in Israel. The ECC said in a press release it is "delighted to the Sue Feldman Tennis Camp as an integral part of its summer sports camp program." For more information call the Easton Community Center at 203-459-9700.
