Westport Schools Closed Monday Due To Snowstorm

WESTPORT, Conn. -- All schools in Westport will be closed Monday, Feb. 2, due to the approaching snowstorm and expected road conditions. All offices will be closed and all school activities will be canceled or postponed.

Fairfield County remains under a Winter Storm Warning until 6 p.m. Monday. Up to 4 to 9 inches inches of heavy snow are in the forecast, along with sleet and freezing rain, with a quarter to a half-inch of ice possible, according to the National Weather Service.
