WESTON, Conn. -- While grade K-11 students enjoy a second day of winter vacation Tuesday, Weston High School seniors will attend school from 8:30-11:30 a.m. to participate in a technology workshop.
The workshop counts as an official school day, which will enable seniors to end the school year and graduate the day before the rest of the students complete their school year.
Assistant principal Daniel Doak said the technology workshop will introduce students to new web tools and apps, providing information on how to create backchannels to class discussions, use scheduling apps and create digital content. .
