ECC Hosts Back-to-School Dance

School is back in session in Easton, but the classroom is not the only place for middle school students to get to know their classmates better.

The Easton Community Center will host a back-to-school dance for all Helen Keller Middle School students Friday, Sept. 10, at the ECC Teen Center.

Teen Center Director Kevin Cassesse expects more than 100 students to attend. And for parents who might be wary about sending their middle schoolers to a dance on their own, Cassesse said plenty of chaperones would be on hand to watch over the attendees.

The dance will run from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Admission is $5. Pizza and drinks will be sold.
