WESTPORT, Conn. Move over, Beverly Hills. There are more homes for sale over $1 million in Westport than anywhere else in the country, according to a Coldwell Banker report on Business Insider.com.
The report lists the nine zip codes that have the most million-dollar listings. With 586 homes on the market at or over $1 million, Westport ranked No. 1, followed by La Jolla, Calif., at No. 2 with 582 homes over $1 million.
California dominated the report with five cities listed. Beverly Hills ranked No. 3, with 569 homes for sale over $1 million. Malibu ranked No. 4, followed by Laguna Beach at No. 7 and Los Angeles at No. 8. North Miami and Miami also made the list.
Although Westport has the most listings over $1 million, it doesnt rank in the top 10 when it comes to listings at or over $5 and $10 million.
