WESTPORT, Conn. – Joseph Valvano, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., announced that Lisa Passavant was named to the prestigious NRT President’s Council.
The President’s Council recognizes the branch managers of the top 20 percent of approximately 790 offices nationwide within the NRT network who demonstrate exemplary leadership and management skills. NRT, the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., is the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company.
Passavant, branch manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Westport-Riverside office, has received this recognition numerous times. She, along with other top-performing branch managers, will be honored in September at a special retreat at Amelia Island, Fla.
“The President’s Council is reserved for managers who consistently demonstrate their ability to create a culture of success that extends to their staff and the affiliated sales associates within their offices,” said Valvano. “It gives me great pride to see Lisa acknowledged for her skills and hard work, and I’m so pleased that she is part of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage management team.”
