Part of the former Bedford Estate, 66 Beachside Ave.  had been in the same family for more than a century and includes a 4,907-square-foot main house, guest house, pool, potting shed and greenhouse.

“Beachside Avenue is a premier location that has long drawn buyers who deeply value living along Westport’s Gold Coast. My clients were very intrigued with this particular estate, which offers incredible views, and I know that they will enjoy it for years to come,” said Emily Gordon, the Coldwell broker representing the buyers.

With expertise in marketing and selling luxury properties, Gordon has handled the sale of several notable properties along Beachside Avenue. She sold 51 Beachside Ave. for $6.7 million in 2000, which at the time set a record as the highest-priced non-waterfront property to sell in Westport.

She also listed and sold 100 Beachside Ave. for $14.6 million in 2005 and represented the buyers in the purchase of a $14.4 million property in 2013.
