Weston First Selectman Taking Medical Leave Of Absence

WESTON, Conn. — Weston First Selectman Nina Daniel is taking a medical leave of absence until early next month, according to The Weston Forum.

Selectman Dennis Tracey sent an announcement to Town Hall workers that she would return on Oct. 3. Although no specifics were offered, the leave follows a two-week vacation announced last week, according to The Weston Forum.

Tracey has acted as interim first selectman for the past week and will continue to do so through Daniel's medical leave, according to The Weston Forum.
