Police Chief Has Redding's Highest Salary

REDDING, Conn. – Redding Police Chief Douglas Fuchs topped the income list in Redding for 2012.

Fuch was paid $123,954.60 in 2012, more than $22,000 more than the second-highest earner, First Selectman Natalie Ketcham, who received $101,225.76.

Salary figures provided by the town ranked finance director Stephen Gniadek third at $100,000.

Mark O'Donnell, a police lieutenant, earned $89,687.38, with Jeffrey Hanson, the highway supervisor rounding out the top five at $80,975.00.

The other names on the top 10 list of Redding salaries are John Ford, assessor, $74,671.17; Shawn Donnelly, building official, $73,535.35; Robert Blick, Park and Recreation director, $66,086.67; Patricia Moisio, tax collector, $65,288.77; and Mark Lubus, assistant building official, $63,037.64
