WESTON, Conn. – Weston Republicans have endorsed Theresa Brasco for re-election in her race for registrar of voters on the November ballot.
Brasco, who will be running unopposed, has served as the Republican registrar in Weston since 2012.
Her responsibilities include educating voters, updating voter files, registering new voters, and training election officials.
"I appreciate the RTC's endorsement, and look forward to continuing to work to ensure the voting rights of all Weston voters and to administering the elections held in our town," Brasco said in a press release.
Brasco has served on the Weston Gridiron Club, the finance committee of the Select Committee for School Construction, and the Aspetuck Land Trust Board.
She also worked with Walter Erikson of Weston for 10 years on analyzing the annual town and Board of Education budgets.
