Westport Republicans Favored McKinney Over Winner Foley In Primary

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- John McKinney has a lot of friends in Fairfield County, but unfortunately for the state Senator from Fairfield that didn't translate to the rest of the state when it came to the Republican primary for governor.

John McKinney won more votes in Fairfield County, but Tom Foley prevailed in the rest of the state to win the GOP gubernatorial primary.
