Easton First Selectman Weighs Run For Weston's State House Seat

EASTON, Conn. -- Easton First Selectman Adam Dunsby may make a bid for the 135th District seat in the Connecticut House of Representatives, according to the Easton Courier.

That seat, which represents Easton, Redding and Weston, may become open: current state Rep. John Shaban intends to run for the 4th District seat now held by U.S. Rep. Jim Himes, a Democrat, according to the Easton Courier.

Dunsby and Shaban are Republicans. Elections will be held this fall for both the state and U.S. House seats.
