Some of the items sure to be discussed include Gov. Dannel Malloy's delay in making a decision on raising gas taxes and electronic congestion tolls to fund his plan to improve Connecticut's roads, bridges and rails, the Post noted.

Another issue expected to come up is the idea of a lockbox' where money earmarked for transportation can't be moved to cover other things in the budget, reported the Connecticut Post.

Ways to deal with the projected $72 million budget deficit will also be discussed, especially in light of Malloy's "no new taxes" pledge, said the Post.
