Although vote totals for some candidates were slightly lower or higher than the Election Day tallies, the outcome of these races remains the same, Strauss said.
The District 2 winners are Louis Mall, Catherine Calise, Jay Keenan and Neil Phillips. Mall, Calise and Keenan are incumbents. The two other candidates who ran in this district were Joseph Arcudi and Craig Fisher.
Residents in District 4 will be represented by incumbents Clarissa Moore, Jeff Wieser, David Floyd and newcomer Kristan Hamlin, who ousted incumbent Jonathan Cunitz.
In District 8, incumbents Wendy Batteau, Lois Schine and Carla Rea reclaimed their seats. Newcomer Peter Knight will join them, taking the seat of incumbent Lee Arthurs.
The results in these districts were recounted due to close races, Strauss said. A recount is required by law if there is a difference of less than 20 votes, she said.
